HIIT Cardio (High Intensity Interval Training) is one of the most effective ways to burn fat, maintain lean muscle mass and has been proven to be incredibly more effective than long drawn out “steady state” cardio (Thank God because who on earth even has time for more than an hour of cardio a day!).

This is a really great HIIT Cardio workout that should be done using a treadmill, enjoy!

3 min warm up on incline level 3, speed at 3.0
3 mins on incline 3, speed at 6.0hiit
2 mins on 10 incline speed at 4.0

Then get off the tredmill and complete

20 jump squats

20 stationary lunges on each leg

Repeat 4x
