-Dumbbell Front Raise: 4 sets of 15-18
-Side Lateral Raise: 4 sets of 15-18
-Dumbbell Rear Fly’s: 4 sets of 15-18
-Upright Row: 4 sets of 15-18
-Arnold Press: 4 sets of 15-18

Rest 60 seconds in between each set
