  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/3 Cup of Coconut or Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil (melted)
  • ½ Ripe Banana (mashed)
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Coconut Oil Cooking Spray

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix thoroughly
  2. In a separate bowl add egg whites, coconut almond milk, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, mashed banana and whisk together
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients  and mix together

Once your mixture is complete heat a medium sized pan and spray with Coconut Oil Cooking spray, add the desired amount of mixture into pan, cook, flip and repeat
