  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein
  • ¼  Cup of Coconut Flour
  • 2 T of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Almond Milk
  • 1 t Vanilla Extract
  • Coconut Oil Cooking Spray

Clean Coconut Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix thoroughly
  2. In a separate bowl add egg whites, coconut almond milk, vanilla extract and whisk together
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients  and mix together
  4. Once your mixture is complete heat a medium sized pan and spray with Coconut Oil Cooking spray, add the desired amount of mixture into pan, cook, flip and repeat :)
