  • 4-6 oz Wild Atlantic Salmon
  • 2 T Raw Honey
  • ¼ Cup Pomegranates
  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 Minced Shallot
  • 1 Sprig of Fresh Dill
  • 1 Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
  • Salmon-300x2703-4 T Olive Oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Cedar Plank (Can be purchased at Whole Foods)

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F

Roasted Purple Potatoes

  1. Rinse and Cut the purple potatoes to your preference
  2. Place into a baking dish and top with 1 T of olive oil, minced shallots, Himalayan sea salt, pepper,  fresh dill and rosemary
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes

Salmon:

  1. Season Salmon with Salt and Pepper to taste, place on cedar plank and bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes

Glaze:

  1. 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet on med heat
  2. Add 2 T of raw honey, 1/4c of pomegranates and a dash of cinnamon into the skillet and let it simmer, stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes or until it turns into a glaze
  3. Set aside to cool for a few moments then top on Salmon once cooked
