I recently became a Certified Spin Instructor which has always been a goal of mine! I love spinning I think it is an amazing workout and what I really love is that it is an adjustable low impact exercise, so individuals of any age, size and fitness level can complete a spin class :) Hooray!

If you can’t make it to spin class here is a 30 minute routine you can do on your own:


  • Warm up for 3 minutes with 20 % of your max resistance then:
  • Seated  Climb for 45 seconds at 80% max resistance
  • Standing Flat 15 seconds at 40% max effort
  • Repeat 20, 1 minute interval circuits
  • Cool down for 3 minutes
