Salmon Salad

Super simple but incredibly delicious recipe!

- 4oz of Baked Wild Alaskan Salmon (Season and Bake for 18-20 Mins)

-1 Cup of Mache Lettuce

-1/3 Cup of Fresh Pineapple

-3 T of Chopped Red Cabbage

-1/3 Cup of Quinoa

3 T Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 Cup of Olive Oil

2 T Fresh squeezed Orange Juice
